Avoid this shabby operation or you'll regret it. Don't make the mistake of thinking you will be saving money, because you won't.
They charge you more than the energy you use to build up a credit balance in the account. When you change to a different supplier they keep this money for themselves, you never get it back. At the end of the contract unless you instantly cancel the direct debit they continue to take money from the account. Even though you are with another energy supplier. Again, this money is never returned.
The so-called customer service staff only seem to be trained to churn out lies, excuses and meaningless apologies, and don't seem capable of doing much else. No matter what story you're told. Or whatever the latest excuse they've dreamt up it's hard to believe a word of it, because money never actually returns to your bank account.
With so many negative reviews where customers are trying to recover money owing to them, ( see trust pilot) any half decent company should of dealt with this situation long ago. Sadly for many, myself included, this is no half decent company, but a shabby operation that stays afloat by stealing money from it's customers, while hiding behind lies, excuses and meaningless apologies.
