Cancelled order on March 22 because item was no longer needed. Poly Patios emailed me on that day and confirmed cancellation. I have not received my credit to card in the amount of 949.05 as of April 11. No communication by email or telephone since. How the State of Ohio continues to let this Co. Operate within their State is a mystery.
