I wouldn't have even given this one star, but the site requires a rating be entered.

This company and product promises significant weight loss in as little as three to four weeks. The photos and videos they show of these dramatic transformations on their site are fiction. This entire business is a fraud.

First, they promise two FREE bottles with the purchase of three, but you're not getting ANYTHING for free. They simply "reduce" the price of each bottle to make it "appear" you're getting the best deal they offer. While a single bottle may be@ $80, if you purchase three bottles, that price drops to@ $40 per bottle. But they charge $40 for EACH of the five bottles, so you end up getting hit with a $200 charge.

I wouldn't have minded if the product actually did what it advertised. But after 25 days of two gummies per day, neither my wife nor myself saw any decrease in our weights, let alone the 50 - 100 pounds advertised.

To make things even worse, their refund policy is also a complete fraud. They offer a full refund up to 30 days from the date of RECEIPT, however, when I called to request my refund, I was advised their policy was from 30 days of ORDER.

I ask how is one supposed to try a product for thirty days when it is not received until nearly a week after being ordered?

Our order was made on 11/26/22 (a Saturday) and was not received until the following Wednesday. We both started using the gummies on 12/1/22.

After 25 days, we had consumed all five bottles and 100 bears, 50 for each of us.

The last day of consumption was on Christmas Day - obviously I did not call to request a refund that day, however, I did make several attempts the following day without success, as I did not get an answer to the number I had at the times of those calls.

I was able to reach them on 12/27/22, however was advised this was past the 30 day ORDER date. The best they could offer was a 50% refund, which I declined.

I immediately filed a dispute with my Capital One Savor MasterCard, but despite hours of calls, letters and emails, they refused to uphold the claim as I could not produce an "original receipt" for the purchase, among a number of other irrelevant documents they were requesting.

The charge was there, as plain as day on my account. They collected the funds for payment of that charge. Yet I still needed to prove to them that I MADE the charge via a receipt I did not have?

Capital One also advised the "screen shot" I had sent them with the merchants name, web site address as well as refund policy was "insufficient". TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.

Bottom line is - this company, their product and refund policy is a fraud and you'd be best advised to steer clear of doing any business with them.

And if you're looking for a decent credit card company that will support its customers over its merchants, I'd look anywhere BUT Capital One.
