I am being charged what appears to be a monthly membership fee which was said to have been included in my recent booking ref *******3697
I do not want to continue membership
As is common with these situations finding a route to communicate this is not straightforward

Reason I chose this business:

Appeared good value

I will think twice about booking again

This is quite irritating
