Terrible customer service. Tried to correct the shipping address and they said its too lqte and theres nothing they can do.

A). They pulled an old address (as i ordered from here before years ago). I made the mistake of not noticing the address that THEY FILLED IN. This address was an old address that NOT ONLY is it NOT associated with my debit card, it is not my official address from the post office. Who told them to use this address i dont $#*!ing know. I know goddamn well i wouldn't manually enter an address i no longer live at. They told me nothing they coukd do but try and contact whoever lives at the address. (Its an apartment complx surrounded by many others, very ghetto, very bad, fights, shootings, people assaulting women with children in their arms, gangster talk. I called the office of the old address and they said they arent tqking packages due to covid. They said they mandate the deliveries be left OUTSIDE of the complexes (not in the office NOR outside of the apartment number that the item is addresses to.) The $#*!ing package isnt there.

I hoped i could get reimbursed as i payed thru paypal. They denied my case. Said "they received shipping proof that tje item was delivered." $#*!ty cause that wasnt the problem.
$#*! ccs its garbage. Shop locally, or skate warehouse, zumies,. Just not CCS.
