Very poor customer service! No return on sale items even though it doesn't warn of that in advance. Also, if you want customer service you can forget about it because they don't answer the phone. The products are way over priced for the quality offered. Minky is a bit misleading also. Save yourself some money and buy a nice blanket at home goods.
I have purchased a few things from them but have noticed recently that their quality is declining and all of their products are one size down. I'm a true small but in their sizing I'm medium. They will not return this substandard product and incorrect size. Not customer centric and only focused on "their" bottomline. Better brands with better customer service out there. Love Holden!

It feels like a company that's on the decline and holding on so beware. They should be out of business in another year or two.
Not sure what they are doing different than everyone else but they always seem to have the item I'm looking for and shipping and return process are exemplary. Not to mention their first rate communication.
Other retailers should follow and learn from this customer centric retailer. Their buyers, operations and logistics team should be commended. Thank you!

The kit cost $175.00 and instructional video recommends accessories that aren't part of them kit. You receive enough lashes for two applications, applicator (s shaped tweezers), and 2 tubes of glue. The box and packaging probably cost more than the contents,
Additionally, this company is NOT customer centric and when I reached out to them to tell then my eyelashes were falling out they really didn't seem to care. If you want to apply lashed this way there are all kinds of dupes out there that are a fraction of the cost and probably better application.

Do not order from this site, they have terrible customer service and still haven't heard from them on a return from 4 weeks ago. No response and probably won't receive a credit. Website looks nice but it's deceiving with no service to support it's products.

I'm not sure why this company only has 2.5 stars since I've had nothing but good experiences. They are prompt with shipping, the products perform and if they don't they replace it immediately. The extension mascara is excellent!

I thought I'd try these products because of the price but the customer service/return policy matches the poor quality of these products. Lip gloss was rancid and they will not return any item that's been opened. Having been in the cosmetic industry for most of my career I don't know a single company that doesn't stand behind their products except for LA Girl. They need to get with the times and offer exceptional customer service regardless of price!

Don't purchase anything that you are not sure of the exact color since there are no returns.

Do not shop here items misrepresented, trick photography and items are never as good as they appear online. For instance this jacket below was marketed as blue by Kelly W and it's anything but blue. I've held it in several different lights and it's not blue. Also, they don't take returns and the resolution center always sided with seller so if you buy the wrong size you're stuck with that product. I'm going back to Ebay where I know they stand behind their products
Nordstrom Rack you shouldn't be playing with your customers money like a bank. You shouldn't be charging for items that are clearly out of stock only to take six business days to refund money that was never owed! You should be ashamed!
