I initially had initiated a chat and Angel K. Was my representative. I had purchased a years worth of hosting and a domain with protection. Unfortunately I never used it so when I saw a renewal charge, I immediately contacted customer support. They were very transparent and helpful throughout the cancellation stage and answered every question I had thoroughly. The refund process was incredibly easy and I should be expecting it soon. It's a shame that I had to leave, I just don't have the time now to commit to my website. I will definitely come back when I do have the time.
