I purchased 3 blouses from Boutiquefeel and when I received them they were too big. I returned the items in a flat rate package ( which doesn't have a weight but has a tracking number). After days of going back and forth with them regarding the weight and the fact that they have received the items they yet refuse to refund me. This company is a scam because they use the weight excuse to not refund your money when if you clearly have a tracking number I don't see the problem. This is exactly why I don't hold faith in foreign companies. NEVER AGAIN. They refused to render a refund because the package doesn't have a weight. 1 star is far too many but I had to pick one. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES

I never used the product at all. I returned it after receiving it. Because the package didn't show a weight they refused to refund my $66
