I placed an order and did not check the block for "guarantee delivery". When I received my confirmation #, I noticed a $9.99 extra fee. I immediately called them, 20 minutes later I still had no answer as to why I was charged the $9.99 when I didn't check the guarantee delivery block. I finally got so aggravated - I asked them to cancel my order, that took another 10 minutes. The customer service rep kept putting me on hold. Never again will I deal with them.
