I placed an order with this company on August 8th, and it's now been over a month, but I still haven't received my item. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, there has been no progress or resolution to my issue.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better communication and assistance when facing such a delay. The lack of response and action from the customer service team has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this company, as my experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope this feedback helps them improve their service and prevent others from going through the same ordeal.
