Purchased a wig that was listed as express shipping 2 weeks later had not been shipped then was told it needed to be made. Requested a refund kept getting the runaround. Finally received the wig a month later. 100% not Remy the hair looks and feels synthetic, the curls were not realistic, I own wigs I have paid $25.00 for that look more realistic. The part had completely uneven pieces attached to it, cheap product and now I am out $120.00 because I brushed out the curls. Also seems like the negative reviews tend to vanish...hmmm...
This is a scam! The process to install on the phone is difficult then half of the options will not work and they keep telling you to install it again. How many times do I need to reinstall your product I paid 80.00 for to get it to work properly? I contacted them 3 times and said I do not want the item and they refuse to refund me, HORRIBLE
