I've purchased 3 products from Vidaxl, bar table with stools from Catch of the day (this was relatively easy to assemble and quality was good), reclaimed wooden chest and 2 seater couch direct from Vidaxl.
The chest didn't need assembly and came as I had hoped, a lovely feature piece in my living room as a coffee table and hideaway grog box.
The 2 seater couch was a flat pack deal that came with average instructions, material texture and colour strayed from what was advertised.
That said the constructed couch is quite low even for me at a smidge over 5ft tall and I can describe it as functional but certainly not comfortable. Correspondence with their team is difficult. I guess it's a case of buyer beware of what products are worth it.

It's shameful that scam businesses can operate like this one! Sadly I was suckered into buying some silk pillowcases simply because it looked legit, the product advertised on their site photos looked amazing. I was purchasing the pillow cases as a sample to see if they'll be suitable to buy a silk sheet set as a wedding gift.
Not only did I not receive them and then chasing up the order via email also saw that they do not even respond.
They do send a couple of other emails saying it's on its way. But the fact it's been almost a month and no sign of a package, I'm not holding my breath to see a thing from a supposed local business.
Business name on my bank statement also doesn't match.
I should have read reviews first!
I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money with this place.

Bought a treadmill exercise machine (see their 3 in 1 Multifunctional) from D Shop, simply because it appeared to be a good deal.
The instructions were beyond awful, being hard to identify parts going where in the booklet from poor picture quality and minimal text.
You can not safely use this machine without holding on to the frame.
Their chat helpline staff, though pleasant are not altogether helpful with resolutions.
As you can imagine even mini treadmill would come in a sizeable box, which was disposed of immediately after installation due to small apartment living. I was disappointed with the product in use after a couple of days and attempted many times to exchange (& pay for the difference) for an electric version rather than keep the manual. After 2 weeks of chasing up my request, I finally had a reply of no options are available because I no longer had original packaging.
I would not recommend buying from here!
