I've ordered headphones on Sony NZ. They were supposed to be with me 2 weeks ago. I was emailing, chatting just to realise their customer service don't give an f... so finally I called. They said the next shipment to New Zealand from Asia will be next year! If I wouldn't call I guess I would find out sometime next year when I would finally get the headphones. So I told them to send me different color because I can see it's available on their website now. And they said 'but you've ordered silver!' and I said 'because it was available then but you dont have it so just send me different color that you have'
And they said 'we cannot do that cause your order was different' (the only difference was color)
So i told them to cancel my order and i will buy the other one which it says they can deliver tomorrow. They said they will try (!) to cancel my order today (I dont know how long it takes to click cancel...) and they told me 'ok exepect your refund in 2 weeks...'
Riddiculuos. I will definitely not buy sony again...
