We made 2 separate reservations before our Caribbean cruise. One was for St Thomas (Lindbergh Beach) and the other for Tortola (Cane Garden Beach). At the reservation spot in Tortola, they claimed our reservation was for only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, when we'd paid for 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, luckily we had our print out and they eventually honored it…reluctantly! At the reservation spot in St Thomas they said they had never even heard of Sandy Spot and even after showing them our reservation print out, we're not willing to give us a spot on the beach…they denied the whole thing! I will never use Sandy Spot again!
