I ordered a size small waist trainer and received a large. When trying to ask for an exchange, the customer service bot only tried to sell me more items. It took quite a long time to reach an actual person who arranged my exchange. I asked for a small, they sent me a medium. So I demanded a refund, which was promised to appear in my account in 3 to 7 days. It's been two weeks and no refund. Below is a screenshot of the bot trying to sell me things while I was asking for an exchange. Don't waste your time on this company.
