I had made a mistake on my address and called them immediately to correct it. I was told that they did not have the capability to either correct my address or to cancel my order. Now I'm told that they shipped my order out the DAY AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. Furthermore, they had no tracking number. How can an organization be on the web and not have the capability to correct such a common error.
I have learned my lesson. I thought I was saving a dollar or two. Now it seems I've lost the entire amount of my order.
