Soft Surroundings doesn't tell you when you order that it will take TWO WEEKS to get your product! These products are expensive! If SS can't show consideration to their customers by shipping to them in a timely way, at least they should be upfront about the ridiculously long shipping time.

I recently bought a garment listed as Small that would not even fit a skinny 8-year old (I'm a size XS/S.) I sent the requested photos and asked for either a refund or an exchange. Poshmark refused both. The company obviously places little value on customer satisfaction. I will not be buying from them again.
