The site offers a lot of old hard to find movies.
First, the movie I ordered took weeks to arrive. The movie that was sent wasn't a movie at all, it was a bunch of previews to old movies. Customer sevice is unreachable by phone and email communication was slow and impersonal. They finally sent another movie which was the same as the first-just a bunch of previews. After going through the same slow process via email they agreed to give me a refund but felt compelled to keep the shipping charge. The whole process took over a month. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Horrible product, service, experience.
