This company shoukd be closed down already had to change their name as it was just as bad.the staff from the Richmond branch missold me 3 treatment s worth around £1000. I couldn't have 2 treatments through medical condition but they failed to address this and was actually me that told Roxy I couldn't have the treatment as she said I could.she then tried replacing it with another Treatment which agsin was wrong...the staff are not trained as the girl who sold me the treatment was actually the manager.yes the manager.I've been waiting for some sort of other manager for over 2 weeks to call me back when she said it...got sold a treatment for a sale price but again failed to tell me I needed another 2 after at full price which I wouldn't of had but they failed to tell me this till after I oaid for the 1st Treatment so was a waste again of my money...these people are disgusting not very nice tratung their customers like this.please avoid unless u want ro be robbed.also still waiting for them to send me my details index data protection act which they also failed probably cause they r hiding it.sorry its law under the data protection act. Avoid the Richmond branch please for ur own health.they really don't know what they r doing I the shop.also asked me to write good reviews for them..

Always cold.missing items.always putting meat in when adked not to as vegetarian.they don't care and don't admit when wrong so never get a refund...
