My dealings with Site123.com have spiraled into a saga of unresolved technical glitches and disappointing customer service, characterized by unhelpful and repetitive responses from their support team. This review is borne out of sheer frustration from weeks of circular conversations, especially with a representative named Carlos, who, frankly, talks "like a broken record" and hasn't moved an inch towards solving the actual issue.

Core Issue: The inability of Site123.com to display favicons in Google search results for any of my websites is the crux of the matter. Despite clear evidence and repeated explanations that this issue affects all my sites across different browsers, the support team, led by Carlos, has continually shrugged off responsibility, offering no real solutions or timelines for a fix. This problem has lingered unresolved for more than two weeks, casting a shadow over my online presence and business image.

Customer Service Experience: Engaging with Site123.com's customer service, particularly Carlos, has been akin to talking to a wall. My attempts to seek a resolution have been met with a frustrating loop of non-answers and assurances of "the issue is under review" with no updates or actionable information provided. This lack of progress and accountability is astonishingly poor service. Carlos's advice and responses have been so predictably unhelpful that I could almost predict what he'd say next, none of which has brought me any closer to resolving the favicon display issue.

Unacceptable Silence and Inaction: The silence from the development team and the lack of initiative to genuinely investigate or expedite a resolution to my issue underscore a broader problem within Site123.com's approach to customer support. It's been made clear through Carlos's responses that "no further updates have been provided," leaving me and potentially others in a perpetual state of waiting without end. When asked about a reasonable timeframe or urged to actually help beyond robotic responses, the conversation invariably circles back to the same, tired script: "The issue is already sitting with our Dev team."

Final Thoughts: The situation has deteriorated to such an extent that I'm compelled to warn others through this review. Site123.com's indifference to addressing critical issues and their repetitive, non-committal approach to customer queries have not only hampered my websites' functionality but also wasted valuable time I could have spent growing my business. "I guess I am left with no other choice than to review your platform negatively, maybe this will help my problem get sorted," I find myself thinking, as I navigate through the maze of their customer service.

This experience has been a glaring example of how not to handle customer support. Potential customers should tread cautiously, as the glossy exterior of Site123.com's promises does not seem to match the reality of their after-sales support and technical reliability.

It is a total scam, i have paid for a service and they never delivered it, once i started to complain they acted like they were gonna take care of the problem but they actually never did anything, after 5 tickets they suspended my account and kept my money! ITS A SCAM YOU WILL NOT GET ANY FOLLOWERS FROM THEM! Do not use their services they will take all your money!
