I ordered a desk for my son with autism on this website a month ago.

After e-transfering the payment I have been monitoring the status of my order, which was listed as "awaiting fulfillment" for a few weeks. I got suspicious at this point and tried to contact the store on the phone and through email. Their customer service number wasn't in service and my email to *******@shopa.ca bounced back several times. Their website was also down several times I checked.

I left a comment on their FB page requiring clarification for what has been going on with my order and inability to get in touch with them. My comment got promptly deleted by them and they replied to me on Facebook messenger. I asked to get a refund and after several messages attempting to hear back from them was promised I will get it by March 18.

I haven't received any refund yet and on March 23 the status of my order on their website was changed to "shipped", however, I still haven't received the product either.

They stopped responding on FB messenger (sending automatic responses that they are available Mon-Fri 9-5), their email isn't working and the phone seems to work, but no one answering it.

I won't give this company even 1 star and the way my purchase is handled looks like a total scam.
