Bought eukalaly for my granddaughter, she's 3 loves to play my old one. It arrived beautiful but couldn't tighten strings to tune on both knobs on right side. Strings just fell to side. Called customer service was great, sent me a new one free of charge, awesome but 2nd one same problem. Emailed they apologised again, very nice. Sent me a bar code to take to ups to send free of any return charge on me for refund. That is great customer service! Thank you. Nice to see a company that hold themselves accountable, very kind and caring! Legit!
