I purchased the tracks but couldn't confirm compatability of crossbars on their website. Had to call. After short hold they looked up with what I needed and I got crossbars ordered. Haven't received anything yet. Optimistic it will install fine and save me $500 off of having installed in CO. Free shipping is nice too!
My tree came broken in half. The delivery person folded the box probably by picking it up on the lighter end and the weight of the root ball stump caused box to bend snapping tree. One email to customer service and a replacement was on its way.
Note,, the replacement tree was reinforced with bamboo and zip tied to box. I'm very satisfied. I will buy again... thanks! Boycott Lowe's, Home Depot! America 1st.
