Update: 5-23-22 READ ENTIRELY. Tire rack representative Albert K (excellent employee five stars) read this review immediately after it posted (1-20-22) and responded to my request for service. He was able to ship out new tires and return the old ones. They covered the mounting and balancing of the new tires completely which was about $75 to road force balence. I was astounded and very happy about this after so much frustration and so much time and expense. So, writing this review, as much as I hated to do it, was well worth it. I do want to set the record straight and say that they eventually pulled through for me and that I am satisfied now. The continental tires were bad, but the review below is accurate. This could happen, and you would need an extra set of wheels and tires until the problem is fixed several months later.

Written 1-20-22: Three different customer service reps, two with an attitude, phone calls and emails, will not even address my issue or get back to me with some response, any response at all! Its incredible, but no response, and they are very short with you. They dont care or want to hear about it. This company is having serious issues! I will be buying tires and wheels locally from now on due to their lack of response, after more than a month since my first contact 12-16-20, and three different service reps. New tire sales reps are great and the web experience is too, but if you have a problem - FORGET IT! RUDE and NO RESPONSE!
She (Teairah) was actually nice, and she asked me to get a bare rim report from a road force balancer, I did that - cost $50 bucks. They asked for a verified tire depth- no problem- by a separate (and new) customer service rep (Breanna-rude), because the first one, Tea, doesnt work there anymore. Third service rep 1-18-22 (Donna- short and rude also) just wanted me off of the phone and said she would take care of it, ( Breanna was off for the week!) Have not heard back from her!
I am not the type to complain, so I patiently waited between phone calls here and there. I am done waiting, and I need front tires 245/35R19 from someone else.
I cant believe all the good reviews they have at this point.

Example email: "Good Morning! Im just touching base with you because I haven't heard back about anything. I sent you the tire depths that you (Breanna) requested. I also sent the Road force balancing info and the bare rim runout report to both of you (teairah and Breanna). Could you give me an update please? I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
My first correspondence with (Teairah) was on 12-16-21 and my last correspondence with Breanna was on 12-22-21. Today is 1-6-22. If there is anything that you can do to move this forward, I will appreciate it!"------end email------
