Clearly was an awesome site/service back in the day when they were new. Now they take your money, don't send you the product and refuse to refund your card. On top of that they ignore your communication and then hang up when you call for help. My biggest regret is how many people I sent their way. Never again. Their customer Service is non existent, and when you point out that they're making stuff up with dates by bringing up the actual email you sent, they hang up on you. They're ok if all goes smoothly, but lord forbid you have a problem… they're officially my least liked company of 2023. I should have known it would go south when I tried to order on my account I had had for well over a decade and they denied me and told me I have to start a new account because they've changed ownership or something of that nature. Zero help, zero service. I should have stopped there but I needed replacement frames for glasses I had purchased from them. No lenses just frames. Ordered October 29,2023 & it is now December 26,2023 and I have nothing to show for this order other than endless frustration and an almost $200 bill. Thieves! Never again. Worst company in Canada by far. Stay clear if you hate being ignored and having your money stolen from you.

Grabbed a cab from in front of the library in Vancouver to the train station (less than a five minute ride). Two days earlier the same ride cost me $10. This guy starts bartering as soon as my daughter and I got in. "$25?" He asks. I said that this feels excessive because it was $10 two days ago. He starts pointing to his fare machine which was already at $4.60 saying something indecipherable. I said "how about we just go with the fare machine?" He continues to barter instead "$20?" He pushed on. I wasn't in a mood to argue so I said yes. He instantly turned off the fare machine and logged himself out on his computer for the next 20 minutes. We were at the train station moments later. I used my debit card to pay and didn't trust that he put in the right amount, so I wanted to see it before tapping. He got all insulted that I didn't trust him. I wished him the karma he deserves and I sincerely meant it. The driver number was SK 145. Stay TF away from this sheister extraordinaire.
