Poor customer service order placed Dec. 2, still haven't received. Credit or product. Spoke to several reps. Transfer to Kathy under the impression she could issue credit just to find out she had no intention of issuing a credit. So almost a month now product no credit.
Dec. 2 reorder order cancelled on dec3, instead of contacting doctor to verify script.
No credit no product dec19th still no credit no product. Spoke to 6/8 reps all I got was one lie after the other.
