This store location in Tampa on S. Dale Mabry Hwy, has employee issues. The manager named Lisa and a cashier named Carol, have horrible people skills and lack of customer service abilities... I was a frequent shopper here and spent a lot of money. I filed a complaint a few weeks ago to the corporate office of the issues with Lisa and Carol. Corporate said they would review the issues and get back with me in a day. I went to the store as I normally do... Another manager named Gorge', took me aside, and said that corporate informed him, that if I showed up, to inform me that I needed to leave the store and never be allowed back. If I gave any problems, that the police would be called and I would be charged with trespassing...: 0. I asked twice for an explanation of why I was not permitted back at the store. Gorge' wouldn't say, and corporate never responded... With all this going on, I informed corporate that more than likely, I will seek legal action against them. Lisa has a nasty attitude, has used profanity towards me, (told me to f*uck off), and has used sarcastic comments to me for no reason. Carol, is just plain rude. Nasty attitude, especially towards men. Lisa must be bipolar, schizophrenic. Shopper beware! Spend your money somewhere else!
