Shoppers at 950 Franklin Blvd. Cambridge shameful customer service by a clerk named Eman and her alleged superior Dale (probably both clerks with under 4 months experience between the 2 of them) refused to take back a Just For Men hair product that was missing from the box and refund the difference for the new full box given it was on sale. Trivial but wrong. Both were lazy and looked me in the eye as if I was at fault for not returning the item immediately; refusing to act appropriately and take back the product within the allowable refundable period (7 days). This is the latest in 3 such actions with clerical staff at this location, poor reflection on a once reliable good chain of stores. I see I am not alone when reading these reviews. Time for Shoppers to go, getting worse ever year since Westin family (Low-blows) bought them. Where's the competition?
