Noticed a payment being requested from my card then realised I needed to cancel my audible converter as I had done all I needed. Tunesfun was the name on the statement yet I cannot find where to cancel at all! It is impossible. Amazon have no idea who you are. Audible do not know apparetly and there is no clear instruction on the site. The support centre link the emails get bounced back? Am I going to have to cancel my bank card to stop this?
