Their customer service was a big help in clearing up my misunderstanding about their pre-order offer. I ordered the MS-02EX Light of Peace, and while the shipping took a while (it was from Japan), it was very secured; the product in bubble wrap, then cardboard box, then plastic wrap, and corner guards. Would recommend for anyone in want for high-quality figures.
