REVOLVE IS THE BEST ONLINE RETAILER. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST CONSISTENCY NO PROBLEMS EVER. SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT REVOLVE IS EXCEPTIONAL.
Because I know that I will have a good experience. It's consistently a good experience. I am never disappointed with Revolve unlike 90% of the rest. 2nd best is Nordstrom but they're kind of creepy.
This is one of many under an umbrella company with different names. In "about us" section they indicate products are made and shipped from <U.S.A. Location> but I assure you - made and shipped from Asia! Awful company.
It's fine to have to charge for shipping, but don't pick a slow transit. Most/many popular online retailers ship for free and/or charge a bit to ship something a bit quicker. That is why they charge a fee. Title 9 charges shipping for slow shipping and then charges MORE for more items (no free shipping ever!). THEN THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS. Skip this retailer.
Tip for consumers:
Don't patronize anyone who charges shipping to and from.
