I ordered two pairs of shoes from Libiyi - they looked great online so I bought them in two different colors. When they arrived, they looked cheap (more plastic than leather) and didn't fit. They sent no return paperwork/instructions and when I went to their website, they had no return instructions or return address. When I emailed about returning the items to them, they replied that I would have to ship them back to China (estimated cost of $50.00 - no US address for a return) and suggested that instead, I accept a $10.00 refund instead of sending them back overseas. What a scam! I think they exist just to collect my original $70.00 and then "offer" me a $10.00 refund. Maddening!
