Compliant letter about the" Visionner Company" and how I was SCAMMED. I purchased 2-Visionner WIFI830 Trail Camera as a Christmas present for $299.70 but they sent me 3-WIFI Trail Cameras and charged my credit card $412.09 & they don't work with WIFI.NOTE: I did NOT AUTHORIZE the 3rd Trail Camera for $112.39 that was charged to my credit card "SCAM". Then when the product doesn't work with WIFI & you try to get support their 24/7 support company called "Just Answer"(NOT VISIONNER) wants your credit card information and they CHARGE A FEE (SCAM). NO one answer the phone at Visionner Per "Due to high volume" SCAM! Where is the 100% guarantee VISIONNER advertise (ANOTHER SCAM STATEMENT) because VISIONNER will not refund my purchase. I will not stop until I get a refund for a product that doesn't work & I want to return the defective product back to VISIONNER. I am posting a daily review that your company is a scam and your product worthless. ANGELA thanks for all of her help that the refund is out of her hands because it's past 30 days even though it was a "Christmas Present" & it took over 60 days to receive their product.

This Company states 100% Guarantee & 2 Year Warranty. Their WIFI830 Trail Camera DOESN'T WORK & VISIONNER WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE even though they state on their web site 100% guarantee. THEY CLAIM 24/7 SUPPORT BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION & THEY CHARGE A FEE. NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE DUE TO "THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING PEAK HOURS". THE SUPPORT WEBSITE "*******@visionner.com " comes back as a mailer failure. This company is a SCAM.
