This bank have frozen my account without any reason they refuse to communicate with me in any way and have told me nothing
I have gone to the Financial Ombudsman and the FCA to try recover my money
My company will be closed soon if I cannot pay my over heads they have frozen £7000 of very much needed funds even my personal life is effected we have struggled with the minor things like gas electricity food for our children because soldo think they have a right to refuse customers there money
Its had a huge impact on my mental health and soldo completely disregards there DUTY OF CARE to there consumers im not the only one this has happened to theres customers 4 months later with no response or funds returned
