I placed an order from Sammy Dress on Dec. 29,2016. I ordered 6 items total. I received 3 of these items about 3 weeks later. The other 3 items I haven't seen yet. It has been nearly 7 weeks since I placed my order. I have contacted the Service Department twice now and received no replies. The first contact I made online has since disappeared, too. While I really liked the first 3 items, it would be nice to know what is going on with the remaining items that I paid for!
UPDATE 2/18/17 --Upon posting my initial review, SammyDress refunded me for 2 of the nondelivered items and shipped the remaining once. I am pleased with the progress.

Sammydress clearly states on each item page the processing time of each product. The time it takes for you to receive your package will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
In cases where we believe that the processing time may be longer, due to stock availability, we will contact the customer within 24 hours.
We kindly ask that customers wait patiently for their package to arrive. If you have any questions in the meantime you can always contact our Support Center.
