I paid for a publishing package in December of 2023. Over the course of three months they gave me no help developing my manuscript. My emails went unanswered.They said they were having issues with their server. For three months! They don't answer the phone. The don't have voice-mail. English is not their first language. Don't waste a second of your time or any money on these frauds.
