I've already tried to leave feedback with 2 cancelled orders. Each time i had to re-enter every book. Please figure out a way that if an order is cancelled, firstly let the customer know why and second have a way to re-order, having corrected the issue. I have wasted 3 hours on this today and missed over 10 books that were sold out.
Your customer service chap i spoke to was very nice BTW.
My order was cancelled and I had to input every book again. If there was a re-order capacity that would help. Also, as I'm out of the US I couldn't call the helpline.

I ordered 2 books at a total cost of $28.39 and received an email advising one of the books...
I built a cart of 18 books. Once I went to check out and created an account it cleared my cart....
