I've already tried to leave feedback with 2 cancelled orders. Each time i had to re-enter every book. Please figure out a way that if an order is cancelled, firstly let the customer know why and second have a way to re-order, having corrected the issue. I have wasted 3 hours on this today and missed over 10 books that were sold out.
