I was pleasantly surprised by all of the information in the free dog training workshop provided by the K9 Training Institute. Things that made so much sense, but I had never even thought about will come in so handy when I begin training my puppy. (I haven't picked her up yet) I was particularly impressed with the short videos about how to stop a dog from jumping up on people, and how to handle barking when someone is at your door, just to mention a couple.

I was really skeptical about whether or not Asurion would be able to repair my 2010 model Mac Book Pro, but they went above and beyond. They even replaced the battery, which I hadn't even mentioned as being a problem. My 12 year old laptop is working like new again!

I bought a Leer SR250 rolling tonneau cover for my 2018 Sierra 2500 HD and installed it exactly according to the instructions that came with it, AND the Leer installation video on CARiD's website. The cover is just too short. CARiD's customer service was next to useless, and their final remedy was to give me a $30 refund (on a $355 tonneau cover) Leer's customer service wasn't much better, assuring me that after the cover sat in the sun for a few days it would be fine. Tonneau cover installation isn't rocket science, and in fact, it's a very easy installation. I have made every possible adjustment and no matter what Leer says, this cover is just too short. I'm giving two stars instead of one because if this cover was the right length it would be a good, quality cover. I submitted two different negative reviews (I toned the second one down) but CARiD won't post either of them on their website. I am VERY disappointed in both of these companies, and probably won't buy anything from either of them again.
