Justfly.com lures consumers in with low rates only to notify you in a month or so that your flight is cancelled. Then, you will have no, and I mean no, choice on your replacement flight. We had to accept a 6 am red eye flight when we have a 2 hour drive to Chicago O'Hare. I explained this to customer service and they offered absolutely no assistance in meeting any of our requests. We also paid $100 more per ticket to book the later 12:35 pm flight. Do you think we got a credit for being forced to take the red eye flight? Nopeā€¦not an option. They are very good at saying "sorry" over and over. Save yourself the trouble and book your travel elsewhere!
