Ordered 1st week in December for Christmas gifts and have had nothing but problems with my order. Firstly my order left your care without even a street address. I have spent the last week of December contacting different couriers etc with minimal luck. I have contacted your "team" with no follow up etc. Orders are dispatched randomly. Majority of items have now been returned to sender with no way of making it back by postage in time for Christmas! #Dealsdirectthechristmasgrinch

We purchased a mattress with deals direct, I have tried for weeks to rectify the issue online...
