Not only me, but also my friends had these brushes.they do clean fine, but the lifetime expectancy due to bad batteries is a nightmare...
If you are lucky, they break within warranty.although, lst time, I got my money back.BUT the price of the same brushes went up 100%!
My last 2 brushes broka after 2,5 yrs - NO replacement of the battery possible. Sorry guys, but >200 for such a bad quality... no way

Was a bit sceptic, but it did work! Was also not that easy, but they were very patient, as the login on the H-webpage is a bit tricky.
Thank you, we had great upgrades, 3 times to a 1-bedroom suite, one time to a Junior Suite. Lounge access & free BF was always possible, with the 100% bonus for Diamond, I made easily up the cost for this fasttrack.
Tip for consumers:
pay with paypal, if you are sceptic, but it worked fine for me - will shop more fasttracks
