These scammers took £160 for a smartphone that hasn't arrived after 4 months waiting They won't respond to tickets. Phone number is phoney. Do not give them any money because you won't see anything back for it.

Do not buy from this company, they do not allow returns even with their 100% satisfaction guarantee BS. I have been in communication with their rep for 3 weeks and they will not give me their address to return the item! They are based i China, so returns are expensive too. They don't respond to communications. They cancel items off orders without notifying you. They offer discounts (10% off first order) that can't be processed when you actually place an order.
