I was stupid and did not look at reviews before buying from them. I was desperate for a makeup item that is no longer being made and found it on Zoxoro so i bought it! But obviously never received. I have lodged this website with Consumer Protection Australia as they should not be allowed to keep selling here. I have also requested a refund from my Bank but who knows if that will be granted. I just cant believe they have not been shut down already.

Zoxoro needs to be shut down. My product never arrived nearly 4 months ago and I keep being told it 'in transit'. They now won't answer my emails and won't give me a refund. PLEASE Australia shut down this website so others don't go through the same thing as me. I'm devasted to have lost over $500!
Oh dear, I too am another victim of this fraudulent company. I just thought to check out reviews for this company as I hadn't received my goods nor could I get a response together with my estimated date of arrival being extended all the time. Sadly too late for me, happily not an enormous amount of money. I reiterate what others before me have suggested - do not go near this company
Please do not buy anything from zoxoro.com or zoxoro.com.au. It is an entirely fake company set up to skim credit card numbers. They do not actually have any of the goods offered for sale. Currently processing a charge back with my credit card company and had to cancel my card to prevent further illegal transactions.
My advice... under their delivery time... replace "days" with weeks and then pick a number between 5 and 10 and multiply it by that.
Customer arrive? It's as real as Santa Claus. No one in the call centres. No one answering email. Give it a try before you buy!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. My product never arrived, the reply to emails months later apologising, the product still doesn't arrive, then they offered a refund but only a partial one? For their non delivery? No refund received, no product provided and emails still not replied to after many months. Total scam!
These people are criminals in my opinion. They take your money and then fob you off with delivery dates that keep on changing. Now they have promised to send a refund, but I don't believe a word of what they say. You can't ring them and they do notreliably reply to email or messages.
Promised 6 -12 day delivery, took over 6 weeks. Never received a reply to any followup emails or my request to cancel order. Gives online retailers a bad name.
Go through all the motions of sending a product out to you but it never gets past the courier. Looks so professional but never saw my $100 plus watch, no communication from the company. DON'T TOUCH THEM!
My story is the same as everyone else ordered parts and they haven't supplied answered one email, probably automated and not answered three other emails I have sent, definitely a scam and they are still offering the same service for delivery. Buyer beware

I believe they may have been closed down now... which is just as well as they appear to be scammers... I purchased a mirror that never came... they refunded my money which was the only positive.
I purchased a gift for my daughters birthday months ago. They quoted two weeks delivery and I had an additional week up my sleeve for it to arrive. The gift never arrived. When I emailed them and questioned what had happened I was told eventually it would be another two weeks. That also didn't arrive. When I chased up and said I wanted a refund I was given a story if the item was in transit then it couldn't be cancelled but they would try to issue me a refund. Guess what. No refund,,, no replies now. They should be shut down and I will pursue it now legally.
This company is bogus! I ordered my goods on the 12th July, and still havnt received them on the 5th August. No email to say they have been shipped. They have taken money from my account but no-one will email me back (I've emailed 9 times!) or ring me back. STAY AWAY!
It's been 6 weeks since I ordered some parts for my Jeep from these $#*!heads. I reckon I can kiss my $$ goodbye.

They keep stringing me along pretending to be sending the item. No way is it in transit for 17 days. The ignored my complaints but sent a. Ew promise the DAY AFTER I made a claim with the bank.
I purchased some probiotics which I needed urgently for my dog who has tummy health problems. My first mistake was being mislead to believe that the Zoxoro website was Australian given that it ends in au and has a Sydney contact number and claims to deliver Australia wide. Wrong! My second mistake was to trust that when I made the purchase that I would actually receive the goods. Wrong again! Two months later after purchase not only is there no sign of my probiotics but, also numerous attempts to communicate with anyone at all in Zoxoro, via e-mail, phone messages, and text messages have been meet with no response from Zoxoro whatsover! I have not received my goods and cannot get a refund as Zoxoro is not contactable! BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ZOXORO!

Their site still shows my order as "In Transit" with an updated Estimated delivery date of: * Tue 22nd Dec - Thu 5th May. This proves that they have an automatic update process which acts to keep stringing along those who are foolish enough to keep thinking they will eventually receive the product they ordered. I cannot believe that this site continues to thrive - it is the polished façade. STAY AWAY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES...
