Anyone else have a 3.5 hour phone call trying to get back into their emails after the breach? I was transfered and put on hold and by the time it was finished one of my emails was gone I had 2 email accounts with Xfinity so had to reset both and i guess it was too confusing for the person in another country trying to help me She was nice enough but didnt know enough and she was hard to understand After all that —as I said 1 email is gone but thankfully the main one I use is still there After all that Christmas aggravation —i get the new RATES for Xfinity tv in the mail I had had enough I decided now was the time to cut cable ties i tried calling to see what they would offer to keep their long standing customer and after another 1 hour call with again someone hard to understand —i was offered NOTHING! After years and years of xfinity comcast tv—i am now streaming and so far I am very happy I am now Saving money due to not paying for a sport package I dont use is nice and no equipment fees Not sure what to do about the email thing but one day when I have an extra 3 hours —i will call and see how that got screwed up

Extremely upset that Xfinity they keeps messing up my bill and trying to overcharge me, they don't inform you when something's ended or not and I've had numerous people that work there have lied to me about promotions correcting problems and or fixing things so far they have stolen my money more than once they have messed up my bill more than once they have been extremely unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to me in different manners over the phone, they're robot does not do its job correctly when all you want to do is pay the bill and the robot decides to promote football instead of asking you to pay the bill,
so this company has been unprofessional they need a reform when it comes to the people working inside that have no respect. Customer service is needed properly and this company does not understand what customer service is.
Tip for consumers:
Sadly when you're on the phone with Comcast or Xfinity you can't trust the customer support that promises you that they'll correct the error sadly every time they said that to me I would check and find out they were lying just so they can get me off the phone they're extremely unprofessional you have to be mindful and make sure that you contact and or get a manager because they lie to you and say they will take care of it when actually you need to get a manager for this stuff.
