We booked a holiday with xenium for 3 star hotel and they gave us budget hotels, rooms and food quality was worst during the travelling.

Their staff is very unprofessional, they used harsh language with female traveller

I recently travelled by xenium holidays, and my overall experience is so good the facility and service they provide is good supportable costumer service, good timing, customized packages provide.

I have booked 9N Gujrat tours with the xenium from 14-23 Feb 2020.
Xenium is full of unprofessional people. They charged us for 3-star hotel accommodation but provided budget hotels. The driver was very rude and behaves like the guest is a burden on them.
The driver was not giving proper information about the travel and destination.
Be careful while booking tour with Xenium.

We are happy with your Spiti valley package services by Ankitha. It was great and memorable round trip from Chandigarh to Chandigarh via simla, sangla, sarhan, chitkul tabo, kaza and Kullu Manali by xenium holidays. All the facilities & accommodation was good. Driver Saleem took all over the way was awesome with safe driving. Hope we again travel with your tours and travel.

Transport service very good all the hotels provide us excellent coordination with executive was also excellent support with the customer support and tour manager only the guides need to improve themselves at sightseeing so that the tourists can get to know well about the places. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. Thanks team

All the hotels was clean and planned sight seen was amazing.
All the time for 8 days innova with a driver was available for us.

Waste of time. They are simply cheating people. First of all they accept all terms. Later, they dont. I cancelled my trip before one month due to lockdown i didnt get even a single penny back. Dont believe these guys. I had never seen such a people like them.

Hi we are 5 people, we have taken trip to spiti Valley trough xenium holidays with a package deal. Trip was well planned and we got the package at a reasonable price
And our driver (Saleem) was very friendly and know the routes properly
We enjoyed the trip through out.

Don't trapped by these people. Totally fraud, I have very very bad experienced. If you want to spoil your mood, money and time then go for it.

Just loved the Hotels they offered me and I did not face even a very small bad thing on the staff. Keep it up.

Our Trip was to Srilanka.
First time travelling abroad was a delightful experience with Xenium Holidays.
After many discussions, we chose Xenium Holidays. They were very co-operative in solving our doubts, booking flight tickets for us and providing hotel services as per our needs. Hence, Srilanka trip was memorable and we are looking forward to planning our next trip again with Xenium Holidays.

Behaviour of driver is so friendly he helped us a lot for giving us the best service We enjoyed a lot. Amazing service was provided till the trip was ended. And thankyou so much for giving a surprise candle night dinner in Mussoorie. The package cost too low as compared to other companies. Arrangements are good everything is on time hotels are good car and driver cum guide is good but don't go munnar in Feb Bcs National Park is closed in these duration

Me and my family had booked Kerala tour package from Xenium Holidays. Every thing was properly planned. Our driver Mr Ramesh helped us in showing the places. We are highly satisfied with their service.

Customer service is very bad. While discussing the trip package they offer 3 star hotel but after paying the money they give delux hotel. Which is not even 2 star.

Please make sure to check the email before payment as they will offer delux only so don't believe on calls. Always ask for the full package detail in the mail then only pay the amount.

I faced this issue and contacted the team they told that they don't know the call discussion we will have to check the mail. Whatever they told on call was big lie.

They never discussed about the hotel name but when we checked the pics of the hotel that was full nice but reality was not expected. We tried to contact 3-4 people for solution but everyone disconnected the call.

They were telling they can't do anything as they already paid the amount in hotel but what about my trip... i paid full Amount for 3 star hotel and got delux. After all that they again contacted and offering 3start hotel but we will have to pay again 16k for the trip of Goa. Means ******* for last pakage+******* for new Goa package... HAHA...

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH XENIUM HOLIDAYS TEAM. DURING COVID THEY TRAVELLED MY FAMILY VERY NICELY. THEY FOLLOW ALL COVID RULES.

My wife, daughter and myself cannot say enough about how wonderful a trip we had, how great this travel company - in particular our travel agent was from the beginning of our interest in the tour, helping us develop a fascinating and thorough schedule and, what was really impressive, was staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure we were doing ok.

We have extremely enjoyed our trip to Shimla Kullu Manali. It was well panned. Good hotels, food, car n experinced driver. Everything was excellent. Hai I am Apparao. M me and my family members recently went agra Jaipur Delhi tour, travelar provided 3 star accommodation and ac Innova car. Driver Mr dharmendra was very good guy. He suggested good restaurants and good suggestions for siteseaings We enjoyed lot Taj Mahal Agra Fort city palace sheesh Mahal India Gate AKSHARDHAM etc. My next trip Manali with same travel.
