THEY USE EMAIL TO CONVERSE AND CONTROL THE SITUATION. THEIR ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING IS "TOO BAD" WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEN THEY ASK IF YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE. THE DEVICE DOESN'T WORK. THE "SELLER" WILL PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR SUPPORT, AND THERE IS NOT CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE MANUFACTURER. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.
