Best online service I've enjoyed to date. I keep ordering always from this platform and it is one of the best.
This urbanspoon site don't even investigate before writing anything. These people can write anything they want and ruin somebody's good business.

This Place is bomb! All hand made, all awesome. Met the owner when they were looking for product, Wonderful people, Their thai stuff is do delicious. Great Place to grab a slice... or a couple pies cause they are insanely delicious!
I don't know if its the sites fault but sometimes the reviews are not accurate.
Love the additional menu choices. The beer is really cold and the wait staff is outstanding. The atmosphere is one that is very comfortable and friendly.
These guys makes a perfect food... different way to order... We tried the kikos tacos and it was delicious and full of flavour, the bacon was perfectly cooked and the toppings where fresh and tasty. The wine is really good and the service is exceptional...
Miami has a lot of new restaurants all the time. UrbanSpoon is a good resource most of the time to get the low down on a restaurant. It can be a little outdated sometimes but typically I find it to be helpful.
This was an Amazing dinner. Whether it is 3 course and 5 course meal, exceptional service and atmosphere. The food was incredible and reasonable priced. I love their thai menu stuff. Would recommend it to everyone.

Kikos breakfast tacos are over priced and tortillas are super gross! Bacon is thick but always tuff and rubbery! Their potatoes are Super Greasy too! You ask for cheddar cheese and they do that cheap nasty. Not sure possibly American Cheese! Just all around Yuck!
They delete / hide legitimate bad reviews of restaurants. This is flat out fraudulent, I'm not sure what basis they are removing them on whether they are being paid a retainer by the restaurants concerned or what.
I searched for the best place to search for Los Angeles foods and found out about urbanspoon.com. I found different food blogs in Los Angeles. I read each and every blogs. It's not that bad after all. I think that most sites are judged based on their appearance instead of their contents. And it is something that this site should consider too.
After holding our Xmas break up lunch at the Redcliffe On the Murray. I would advise you give this Business a wide birth. 35 of us attended. This was booked well in advance, there was one girl attending the tables. No extra staff had been put on. On average each one of us spent $40 plus drinks, the service was atrocious, the food was very poor, the time we waited for our main course was extreme, but more so we waited for someone to take orders for sweets, no one came by this time it was gone 3.00pm we asked if we could order and was told go to the bar and order, once again lack of staff, but the biggest complaint was we were abused by the owner, who complained that one of the ladies treated her young daughter (the only waitress) with fowl language. This we know is a downright lie. We are all mature adults. I for one was owner operator of my own business, the customer is your bread and butter, please treat them with the respect they deserve. We will never go back.
I live in Melbourne, Australia and have found numerous and varied reviews of local eateries and restaurants, even local takeaways, to be mostly accurate. I haven't used it outside Melbourne yet. I use this site via an iPhone App mostly and find it very user friendly. Reviews are sometimes very positive or very negative. As there are usually several to many reviews, it is relatively easy to pick the very positives (owners friends) and very negative (owners competitors/grumpy old men) from reviews by legitimate diners. Apple Store iPhone Apps user reviews would deliver a similar level of information reliability. Interface is easy to use. Just the sort of Website that being connected to the web is useful for. There are alternative/numerous eating location sites that are less effective. I like the user input concept even with its inherent limitations. Travel sites eg Trip Advisor carry info on eating but this site is better.
A friend and I dined at an expensive restaurant which was simply awful. She posted a TRUTHFUL negative review on Urban Spoon, and within an hour, that current review was buried under a pile of older, more favorable reviews. Gee... imagine that! Something fishy going on there. And for that reason, I will NEVER trust anything I read on Urban Spoon.
I prefer the "Yelp" website instead of Urban Spoon. Item 7 in the "about us" section of the Yelp website says: "Paying advertisers can never change or re-order their reviews."
That makes me wonder... is that the reason my friends' negative review on Urban Spoon was buried under much older positive reviews in less than an hour? Did the restaurant pay-off Urban Spoon to bury the bad review? If so, how on earth can anyone ever trust Urban Spoon?

Beware of Urban Spoon!
HAO WAH CHINESE RESTAURANT BUFFET, ******* 66TH ST N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33*******656 -
Went there for the early bird special at 4:00 p.m. Only two steam tables of food. The mushrooms were cold. The grill was not open. This is the worst buffet I've gone to, and I go to a lot of them. Very few items on the steam tables that look appetizing. Because I am a vegetarian, I was only able to eat 4 items! The wait staff was fast and efficient and service was good. The Chinese art and statuary is beautiful. I would only eat here again if all the restaurants in Pinellas County closed down simultaneously. And would still consider canned dog food first. It was that bad.

URBANSPOON.COM IS A RESTAURANT REVIEW WEB-SITE.
Very good service, no issue there, great ambiance and original 2 thumbs up, staff very friendly and poite... All my friend love the place, but its really overpriced. I have tried other hyped places with better food and more eloborate worth a visit costing a lot less.
Very unresponsive even to active registered users. Emails on reviews which do not meet their guideline go unanswered. Adding listings emails go unanswered. Not sure what is going on inside this company.
Prachin Fine Indian Cuisine - A beautiful little Indian restaurant in suburbian Stirling Village Shopping Centre, Stirling, WA! Absolutely the best Indian Food I have ever had. Fresh, aromatic, so tasty and perfectly spiced to your liking. Add to that Kumar and his team providing a great friendly and inviting environment and you have it all. You must go! And don't forget to have some of Kumar's beautiful mango or pistachio kulfi - to die for! Terri
This restaurant was recommend to me as the place to go for the most authentic thai food after the contact had done extensive travels in Thailand. This was my introduction to Thai food. I have tried other places to compare and always come back home to Newmarket's Bangkok Thai. I love supporting a family run restaurant that puts their menu and customers first!
1st time visit on 25th Jan in the afternoon for coffee.
I sometimes wonder why we are so surprised when we get good service, and its because so often we don't and begin to think this is the acceptable norm.
Well its not, and on this day we found someone who is totally suited to customer service and 'hospitality'. We were greeted promptly and warmly, served promptly and friendly without overkill.
This is a nice casual cafe with a good vibe and doing exactly what they should... concentrating on good food and friendly service. Thanks guys. I will be back with friends in tow.
In contrast to its competitors, the site offers very little additional info and few features, such as FAQs or a more detailed “about us” page.
Papa Ole's Kitchen....Tremendously savory dishes. A lot of food for a good price. It is a little hole in the wall, but by far my favorite restaurant on the North Shore
