I engaged Urban Book Publisher's services with high hopes, signing a contract in October 2023 for marketing two books and ghostwriting one, with promises of a 450-500% ROI. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying $3100 upfront, there has been zero progress or communication from the company's end.
Multiple attempts to resolve the issue only led to empty promises and demands for additional payments. Adam, in particular, assured me of a refund but failed to follow through despite repeated reminders. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund and acknowledgment of my request, as well as compensation for the mental anguish caused by this ordeal. Potential customers beware – Urban Book Publisher's actions are a clear indication of their unprofessionalism and disregard for their clients' well-being.
