The rep, Luz, Customer Care Management, Case ID: **************, promised to reimburse me my out-of-pocket money from their flight delay, but I never received it. It had been 6 months. I sent them a lot of emails and they will ask you to submit the information and document again and again. They just robbed my money and time. The way they do that is just want you to give up to reimburse your money. Taking their airline is the worst airline experience ever! I experienced a flight delay, no food no drink in the aircraft, offloaded passengers and found everything by myself, plus robbed my money!
Plane not comfortable. Poor, inattentive service.
I have flown SAS to Copenhagen and the quality was 50 times better.
