I ordered a 26 inch wig and paid for express delivery so all together I paid 336.00. After I made the purchase they emailed me that they didn't have the 26 inches in stock. Now that info should be available and updated on the app to give customers a different option to choose from. It's now been 5 days since the order and I haven't received the refunded price difference or the wig I paid express for. Express shipping is 1-2 days I wanted to order others but I'm glad I waited to see how this turned out first.

Tip for consumers:
They will let you make a purchase without telling you that specific item isn’t in stock there is no phone number to talk to customer service so if your ok with a website where customer service can’t be reached then this is on is ideal!

The wig you purchased is part of our hot-selling products, because the inventory produced by the factory changes at any time, the inventory on the website cannot be synchronized temporarily. Our customer service negotiated with you to replace the 24-inch on February 29,2024, and the price difference was successfully refunded on March 2. Because you prefer the original 26-inch, we communicated with the USA warehouse to intercept and return the package. This process took a week and was successfully intercepted. The new package was reissued on March 15.

I purchased a wig that I thought was really beautiful based on the picture. However, after ordering a 16 inch which is usually shoulder length I received a much shorter wig. Turns out the length is measured by the stretched out length not the actual length so wig was 6inches to short. I promptly contacted Customer service to find out how to return the wig, since I used my PP account instead of creating a UNice account to pay for the wig.

Well, all I can say is what should have been a very simple ask/fix turned into something crazy when I was contacted by the first agent. However, the last two agents that contacted me took care of everything so I was able to make the return. Now, if I can just get my refund since tracking shows the wig was received back on 3/18/24. My plan was to order the longer wig but this whole process is taking way longer than it should.

Wig length means the stretched length from the head spins to the longest length of hair at the bottom. It doesn't mean that all hair is the same length. Compared to straight hair, curly or wavy hair looks shorter. Height makes a big difference when picking the hair length. Someone shorter of the same length will look significantly longer than someone taller. According to our return policy, it might take some time to confirm the item status before returning. Please request a "return label" and attach product photos including the whole wig, the wig cap, etc, so that the request can be processed faster.
The return system of the US warehouse will be updated within 48 hours during working days. It will be delayed if it is a weekend or holiday. Finally, the full refund was completed on 25, Mar.

I got my wig last week and installed several days ago, it looks stunning and gorgeous! And the hair is really soft and smooth, when I touch the hair, it was like silk. Loveeeeeeeeee

I ordered a wig almost 2 weeks ago and even paid 35.00 for express shipping and still waiting for the wig. Then Unice sends me a discount for another wig for 60.00 and I ordered it and even provided me with a tracking number through usps. I went on the usps website to check the status it says label still not created. Was I scammed? Did I just lose 200 dollars?

DO NOT order anything from Unice. When there is a problem, they will not refund you and make up a lie not to. I literally received a wig that did not look like the picture and sent it back THE SAME DAY. They said they could not refund me because the hair smelled, and the texture was changed?!? When? How? HELLO? THEY are the ones who sent me smelly bad hair. That is why I sent it back! Liars and frauds. Beware.

Horrible experience.
I am very particular and cautious when purchasing online. But this experience was horrible. They wait until after you purchase to tell you they are out of stock. Although there are times when you can wait a little longer, this time was not a time where I could wait longer - and I put in an order based on when it would be here. Upon ordering, they send a text that it is not in stock and that it would be another 3-4 weeks but could not guarantee. Never again will I order from UNICE and would not recommend knowing that they do not update their availability.

I ordered a wig in November or even around late September last year and till now I have not received the wig. I messaged Unice Hair on Whatsapp to file a complaint, within 3 days after the package said "Delivered" but hadn't received it.
Nothing was resolved. I checked everywhere and kept doing so for about 2 weeks, while trying to contact them. They kept referring me back to Fedex, who referred me back to them. I purchased the wig under a payment installment and so I needed the installment to be put on pause to resolve the case. It's been months, the case has not been resolved, the payment was sent to collection and I have now asked them to cancel the installment, they say they cannot and are offering $30 for an item $230+ and has my Sezzle account locked because of this issue.
Terrible customer service, terrible customer support, terrible delivery service, terrible company.
I did not even get to review the wig, but I will never buy any wigs from Unice Hair.
Terrible Wig Company ever.

Ordered UNice Bye-Bye Knots Wig 7x5 Glueless Lace Body Wave Wig With Pre Bleached Knots Plucked Hairline 180% Density on 11/21/23, fast delivery. Inquired back on 11/26 because I didn't receive a tracking number, but the Bot that takes your questions could not pull up order. Then I tried phone number it was disconnected. Tried whatsapp but it directed you to website. Finally someone emailed me back and said hair wasn't available it had to be customized, and it will take 10 days. They asked if I wanted it shorter, I declined. I asked several questions they refused to answer, like it's already been 5-6 days the customization should be halfway finished, correct. No response, when will it be shipped, no response. Very unprofessional, short answers, canceled ordered. Horrible customer service
Bad points it does not say on website it takes longer to customize anything, frankly I didn't even order anything additional, just want was on website.
